Mobile Home Programs (MHO-3)
Preferred Mobile Homeowners:
Mobile Home must be 1977 or newer
Mobile Home must be owner occupied as the primary residence
Mobile Home must have a minimum value of $25,000
Mobile Home must be skirted
Mobile Home must be insured to 100% of Replacement Value

Program includes Replacement Cost Coverage on the Mobile Home, Other Structures, and Personal Effects

 

Special Mobile Homeowners:
Mobile Home must be occupied as permanent or seasonal residence
Program includes Full Repair Cost on Mobile Homes 1970 and newer
Comprehensive Coverage on Mobile Home on ACV basis
 

All Purpose Program:
Rental and light commercial mobile homes
Provides Comprehensive Coverage on Mobile Home and Adjacent Structures
Owners’, Landlords’, and Tenants’ Liability available only on rental mobile homes
 

Reliable Vintage Program:
Vacant, Seasonal, Held for Sale, Risks with Prior burglary or theft losses
Named Perils on Mobile Homes and Adjacent Structures
 

Unacceptable Risks:
Mobile Homes not hooked up to public utilities
Mobile Homes not set up and livable at the time coverage begins
Mobile Homes that are in foreclosure
Mobile Homes with unrepaired damage
Risks used for any type of business (including but not limited to farming and home day care)
