Effective January 1, 2008 Mastos & Associates will be issuing all policies written through American Reliable Insurance Company as Direct Bill. This change will apply in all states and all lines of business. This bulletin will outline some of the changes, but please feel free to contact us here at Mastos & Associates with any questions or concerns.
The following payment options are available for new business and renewals. Premiums paid in installments are subject to a $6.00 installment fee.

| 2 Payment Option | 50% Down Payment | Remaining Balance due on Day 160 with $600 installment fee |
| 4 Payment Option | 25% Down Payment | Payments due on Day 70, Day 160 and Day 250 with $6.00 installment fee |

If applications are received with no payment attached, a billing notice will be mailed to the billing party (insured or lienholder.) Payment will be due approximately 20 days from mail date. If payment is not received before the due date, the policy will flat cancel.
