Program Changes

·           The Preferred Mobile Homeowners Program is now available to homes that were built in 1977 and later!

·           The base deductible is $250 except for the perils of wind and hail, which have a $500 deductible.

·           The Lenders Interest Protection and Natural Disaster coverage premiums are no longer fully earned.

·           The base rates were increased by 2%.

·           The Preferred Mobile Homeowners Program is a MHO-3 program that automatically includes replacement cost on the home, adjacent structures and personal property.

·           The Special Program is a comprehensive program that automatically includes full repair cost on home that were built in 1970 and later.

·           The Reliable Vintage Program is a “build your own” program for owner occupied, seasonal and VACANT risks.

·           The All Purpose Program has very competitive rates for rental properties.

·           All Programs, but the Reliable Vintage Program offer FLOOD coverage as an optional coverage.
